Job Description
Step Teachers are a preferred supplier for Teach in Herts and are currently working with a Secondary School in Hemel Hempstead who are recruiting a Caretaker. The position is a full time, permanent role with an immediate start date; the hours for this Caretaker role is Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with an earlier finish on a Friday.

Caretaker - Role:
- Conducting yourself in a professional and safe manner
- Ability to carry out basic cosmetic repairs as Caretaker
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the school
- To undertake duties as required and manage yourself
- Experience as a key holder and being able to attend call-outs when required
- Willing to adhere to safeguarding and school policies
Caretaker - Requirements:
- Experience working as a school Caretake or in a school environment in a similar role.
- Approachable and self-motivated.
- Able to communicate effectively
