Location: Camberley, GU15
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Immediate Vacancy - An outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator has arisen in theCamberley area.
You will need to be smart, intelligent and quick thinking with exceptional drive and determination for this position as you will be working in an extremely fast paced, high volume, lettings environment and always under pressure!
Your principal role will involve showing prospective tenants around properties and creating lettings opportunities by keeping renters up to date with new listings as they become available
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, highly competitive and passionate about property with a strong desire to win and be the best, and someone who loves winning new business opportunities!
Preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have previously worked in an Estate Agency environment and who can hit the ground running!
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Experience in Estate Agency or Lettings / Customer facing role
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of customer service
- Excellent sales ability
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license required and own car
- Local knowledge of Camberley area is preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
