INVENTORY CLERK / PROPERTY LIAISON MANAGER – Housing Association

Location: Ladbroke Grove, W10

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Inventory Clerk / Property Liaison Manager: The role is Full-Time, employed and based in and around South West London.

Our client positions itself as one of London's leading guaranteed rent providers, offering top-tier property management services to landlords and local authority partners, with an excellent local reputation and a substantial property portfolio.

The ideal candidate for this role will already be an experienced Residential Inventory Clerk or alternatively, have Property Management experience and experience of property visits and inspections.

Ideally you will have worked previously in a Residential Lettings environment.

You will be responsible for carrying out check in’s and check out’s, Inventory make up’s; conducting inspections of all managed properties and assisting with office administration.

Due to the nature of the job you will need a full UK driving licence and the use of a car is essential.

Skills: The skills required for this Inventory Clerk / Property Liaison Manager role will include:

  • Experience in conducting inventories, check in’s and out’s
  • Property Management experience
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the local area helpful
  • Full Driving License and car owner
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
