Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Package

I am looking to speak to junior project managers who ideally have a few years construction experience. The ideal backgrounds would be from either a steel or civil engineering background. You will be working closely with the senior project manager, shadowing him and getting to grips with large engineered steel projects, in particular steel bridge projects.

This role will be primarily be based in their Covent Garden offices with the occasional trips out to site. This role will offer a clear progression path to you becoming a project manager within 12 - 18 months running and delivering your own structural steel projects. You'll immediately get to grips with being heavily involved with the client, being the key point of contact for any need.

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the successful delivery of projects from award to final account
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within budget, on programme and in a safe manner
  • To develop and implement a project execution plan
  • Liaise and work closely with with a range of both internal and external stakeholders aswell as the client themselves

We would welcome conversations with Junior Project Managers who:

  • Hold a degree (or equivalent) in a construction or engineering discipline
  • Have a minimum of two years industry experience
  • Are attentive and eager to develop their skills
  • Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
