Our client is a leading auto centre chain with a reputation for excellent service, transparent pricing, and getting you back on the road quickly and safely is looking to add an Excellent Assistant Manager to their team in Rotherham. They are looking for a key player who would be working alongside their Centre Manager to continuously lead and motivate their staff, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

If you have a mix of workshop experience, working hands-on with the team, and supporting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer interactions this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and motivating the centre team.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Participate in workshop activities, using your technical skills.
  • Support the Centre Manager with daily operations.

  • You possess strong technical skills and experience working in an automotive environment (Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester qualification preferred, but not essential).
