Job Description
* Experienced Programme Manager (can manage Business, Tech & Change Teams in a controlled environment)
* Has worked on distressed projects and can turn around delivery
* Adept stakeholder manager, can influence senior stakeholders to drive clear vision, objectives, scope and plans
* Can compile materials and run senior governance forums (autonomously)
* Attention to detail on plans, raids, status and reducing execution risk management
* Can manage all aspects of programme budgets and plans (3 years)
* Comfortable with both agile and waterfall delivery including a hybrid approach
* Collaborator, promotes a speaking up culture, is empathetic and gets the most out Team and stakeholder
* Team player, adept at motivating the team and building positive momentum
* Flexible ie. can adapt to the environment, changes to direction, etc
* Can contribute and help to drive high performance across the team
* Deep experience working in Financial Services
* Preferably experience with new product approval initiatives in Financial Services
