Are you experienced Client Services professional looking for the next step in your career at a senior level? This role combines client and internal team coordination, phone and email communication, as well as reporting skills. You will be working in a well-established, commercial office environment where you can take on further responsibilities. 

If you are keen to find a client-facing role, using organisational, administration and customer services skills, being first point of contact over the phone for customers and ensuring multiple projects are completed on time, this will be an exciting new challenge for you. This is a busy and varied role, with excellent support and training in place.

Duties include:
  • Communicating with business customers by telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are co-ordinated to deadlines
  • Managing larger-scale client projects
  • Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Attending meetings when fully trained, supported by senior team members
  • Supporting less experienced members of the team
We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with clients over the telephone and via email, with some experience working in a busy project-orientated environment. You will also have high attention to detail and excellent IT skills, especially using MS Word and Excel.
