Sales & Marketing Manager – Sheffield – Nutrition

Up to £52,500 Basic + profit share + excellent benefits package + flexible working options

We are currently working with an exciting nutritional supplements business that has been shortlisted for Medium to Large Business of the Year. This B Corp certified company is based in the heart of Sheffield city centre, in beautiful and unique offices.

You will head up the Sales & Marketing team (currently 3..) developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy aimed at increasing online sales to Health Practitioners (B2B-B2C) across various channels.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and deliver a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with qualified health practitioners
  • Inspire and lead a team of three, fostering a collaborative culture
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver educational content that promotes the scientific and health benefits of our products
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media) with a focus on traffic, conversion, and brand visibility
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars, positioning the brand as a leader in health supplements for professionals

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a senior sales and marketing role, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in team management and leadership
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and healthcare education-driven marketing
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders
