Position Overview
The Technical, Research & Policy Officer will play a crucial role in driving scheme transition activities, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the organisation's pension scheme services.

Responsibilities
* Drive scheme transition activities for new clients
* Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans
* Manage scheme documentation and non-member data
* Own onboarding process for scheme documentation
* Ensure onboarding requirements are met during transition
* Align onboarding process with clients' governance systems
* Conduct key onboarding checks and risk assessments
* Monitor changes in pensions law and practice

Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in the pensions industry
* Excellent knowledge of pension scheme documentation
* Understanding of occupational pension schemes
* Project management skills and transition experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and new platforms
* Experience working with various stakeholders
