Managing your own caseload in this client-facing role you will advise your client on restructures, M&A, TUPE, Procurement and contracts to include:
- Tender processes
- Franchise agreements
- Distribution agreements
- E-commerce
- GDPR
- Policy
- Contracts
The ideal candidate will be 3-6 years PQE, with experience in a similar role, and will enjoy developing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and you will naturally have commercial acumen and be interested in business development and attending industry events to network.
