Job Description

Class Act Teaching Services are currently working with a Secondary School in Bicester who are looking for a Spanish Teacher to start immediately on a permanent contract. This Secondary School were rated 'Good' under the former Ofsted ratings for schools; their aim is to provide every student a strong education in a safe learning environment. This Spanish Teacher role will involve delivering the GCSE Spanish curriculum to the students. 

 

Spanish Teacher Role:

  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Spanish curriculum
  • Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources
  • Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school
  • Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons
  • Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these

Spanish Teacher Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary School
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Spanish Teacher
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
  • A relevant MFL or Spanish related degree is desirable.
  • SEND experience is desirable
