Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a thriving Primary Academy in Great Yarmouth. This long-term role is set to begin in October and offers the opportunity to become part of a welcoming and supportive team, providing high-quality education to a class of 30 eager learners.
Position Overview:

- Support: Full-time Teaching Assistant in class
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and mark work, ensuring all pupils progress and meet learning targets.
- Work collaboratively with the Teaching Assistant to support the needs of every child.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
- Regularly assess and monitor students’ progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching within KS2, ideally Year 3.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- Ability to plan differentiated lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
