Step Teachers are working closely with a wonderful school in East Cornwall searching for an Administrator to join the team in October 2024. The Administrator will act as a general support for administrative duties across the school where needed, and be a the first point of contact for all enquiries. This is a Long-Term role and could become permanent for the right candidate 

Administrator Role:

  • Deliver efficient and responsive service. This includes answering queries, dealing with complaints and providing referrals in a friendly and helpful manner.

  • Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.

  • Undertake various administrative tasks including filing photocopying, and managing school supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Uphold Academy policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.

  • Be a team player, supporting colleagues during busy periods and providing cover when needed.

Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school setting is compulsory, and ideally in an administrative role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for education and supporting the students.
