Our client is currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join their team!
Salary: Basic £40,000 with an OTE of £55,000

As a General Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors/Executives, driving performance and customer satisfaction through a controlled sales process. You will provide regular coaching, robust management, and be actively involved in customer interactions to support your team in selling new vehicles, finance, insurance, and add-on products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Customer-Focused: Ensure a first-class customer experience by being present for first and second-facing activities.
- Sales Campaigns & Promotions: Manage and execute sales campaigns to maximise sales penetration while upholding high ethical standards.
- Team Development: Mentor your team, offering ongoing support and guidance.
