Our client, a well-established law firm in Essex, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to contribute to the firm's success and growth in the private client sector.
Position Overview
The Private Client Solicitor will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to the firm's clients, working independently and collaboratively with the team to maintain and develop client relationships, and contribute to the department's growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Undertake fee-earning work independently and as a team member
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and referrers
- Collaborate with other departments on joint projects
- Contribute to department growth, client base, and marketing efforts
- Achieve agreed financial targets for fee income and chargeable hours
- Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Maintain and update legal knowledge through continuous development
Requirements
- 3+ years PQE in a Private Client team
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- STEP or SFE accreditation (desirable)
