Pod Talent is excited to partner up with a business that produces snacks from natural ingredients and they are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their fast growing team in London (hybrid).

In this role, you will manage day to day operational needs of the UK company and will report to the Operations Director.

About you:

You will…

  • Manage sales order processing, invoice processing, managing accounts receivable & posting promotional deductions
  • Provide best in class customer service to our customers and suppliers
  • Be the point of contact for any queries to and from our warehouse
  • Maintain master data for internal & external stakeholders, update new line forms & manage technical sheets

About you:

  • Entry level supply chain or operations experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a strong work ethic
  • Have strong verbal and written communication
