You will be responsible for:
- Quickly establishing rapport with clients and building relationships
- Handling customer queries regarding a range of mortgages on a day-to-day basis
- Providing high-quality service to both our customers and/or partners
- Meeting and exceeding set targets
- Ensuring you comply with FCA regulations at all times
- Working across a variety of commercial and secured loan cases including bridging deals - the company are willing to train
- Study support is offered for someone looking to gain their full CeMAP
- Highly professional, motivated and team-orientated individuals, with a real desire to succeed
- Ideally fully CeMAP qualified or at least Level 1 qualified, the company will support further studies
- A general understanding of the basic principles of lending
- Excellent communication skills and strong numerical aptitude
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
The successful candidate will be required to complete a credit check, DBS and full referencing at offer stage.
