Position Overview
The Residential Property Conveyancer will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle freehold and leasehold residential property transactions
- Provide exceptional client-focused service throughout the conveyancing process
- Collaborate with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions

Requirements
- Proven experience in residential property conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
