Our client, a well-established law firm who are continuing to grow across East Anglia are seeking an HR Officer to join their team.
Position Overview
As the HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's HR function, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a reputable legal practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR operations
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Provide guidance on HR policies
- Coordinate recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Requirements
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable for this role
- Proven experience in an HR position, preferably within the legal sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to all office locations as required
