Job Description
We are seeking two Senior Employment Lawyers to join a highly respected multi award-winning law firm where you will contribute to the growth and development of the team and act for a number of businesses and charities. The team has an exceptional reputation of delivering a high-quality service to high net worth and senior individuals and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
As a key member of the team, you will run your own caseload and advise businesses across a wide range of employment matters and will work collaboratively to provide advice with a significant level of client contact and responsibility. In addition, you will help to expand the department's services, manage day-to-day employment issues and offer support to more junior members of the team.
For the more experienced candidate, you will enjoy developing client relationships as you will be very active in networking and business development activities and for both candidates, you must be commercially aware and able to demonstrate sound technical expertise in the full spectrum of employment law.
