Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client, a firm with a solid reputation and low staff turnover. This is a role from succession planning to suit someone STEP qualified and happy to take over an established caseload of HNW clients.
Working in a team, you will be commercially minded and a good fee earner, able to work collaboratively in a friendly professional team, providing advice, guidance and solutions to your clients across all Wills, Trust and Probate matters. You will meet clients face to face, on video conference as well as attending care homes. Key sills will be in:
- Taxation and Estate Planning
- Preparing complex wills
- LPAs
- Trusts including settlements
You will provide support to executors and trustees and also attend networking events to develop your network. The role comes with the support of paralegal and secretarial staff.
