THE COMPANY: Our client is an Insurance firm, who are seeking a Receptionist to join on a permanent, part-time basis.
THE ROLE:
Our REFER and be REWARDED scheme is about recognising and thanking you for telling your friends, family or colleagues about our services and how we could help them. PART TIME

THE COMPANY: Our client is an Insurance firm, who are seeking a Receptionist to join on a permanent, part-time basis.
THE ROLE:
- Operating a switchboard servicing approximately four hundred extensions, receiving and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Manage the client lounge, serving refreshments and keeping the fridges replenished
- Maintain, set up and clearing rooms in a timely manner and support with technology
- Experience in a similar front of house role within a professional services environment
- Experience working on a busy switchboard and managing meeting rooms
- Strong communication skills
- Confident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure
