L&D Officer
£ 40,000 – £ 55,000 
City of London

THE COMPANY: Our client is a City Law Firm who are seeking an L&D Officer to join on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
  • Responsible for all L&D solutions within the firm for fee-earners, business services and support staff, formulating a plan and advising on appropriate L&D activities
  • Managing the full training cycle for partners including training needs analysis and evaluation of business programmes
  • Design and deliver training workshops
  • Set L&D budgets and monitor spending throughout the year
  • Working closely with the HR department
THE PERSON:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an L&D officer within a Law Firm
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training courses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
