Are you an experienced designer with a background in LGSF, Drylining or SFS?

Do have drive and passion for steel, with the ability to motivate a team?

We are working with a specialist manufacturer of cold rolled products and systems, who have just moved to a brand-new state of the art facility. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to add a technical manager to the team.

As a Technical Manager you will:

  • Provide in-depth technical support and guidance on steel products, applications, and engineering solutions to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Oversee the development and improvement of steel products, systems, and technologies, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to specifications, and coordination with engineering and production teams.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of the design team.

We are looking for:

  • Strong background in the steel industry with a solid understanding of relevant processes and products.
  • Experience in engineering, with a keen focus on steel product design and application.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a passion for design and a history of problem-solving and fresh thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
