Our client, a well-established Legal 500, with a superb reputation provide high quality services in private and business matters. We are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join an established team, described as professional, friendly and busy with good support to the fee earners with legal assistants.

The Residential Property Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload independently handling a variety of properties and the responsibilities will include:

  • Sale & Purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Draft agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts
  • Engage in networking and business development to attract clients
  • Maintain proper control of work in progress, billing, and cash collection
  • Collaborate with the Partner in charge and support marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and technical expertise
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle fast-paced work
  • Proficient in fee recording and administration, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using a case management system and maintaining relevant IT skills
