Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Lexcel accredited law firm working within their busy commercial property department, and this position offers a significant career opportunity due to the quality of work and the exposure to clients.
Our client have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property, working with a range of properties, from single units through to large developments. You will handle a mixed caseload of matters to include:
- Business Acquisition & Disposals
- Leasehold Land
- Development
- Finance & Security
- Infrastructure & Utilities
- Agricultural & Rural Land
To be successful, you must be a strong communicator with a wealth of experience in commercial property work with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
