They are seeking an Analyst who will be seconded to one of their largest prestigious clients who are well known within their line of expertise so you should be comfortable working in a global team and able to develop relationships with a broad base of stakeholders. This an ongoing role that supports the operational and technology aspects of EMEA Benefits as well as running day-to-day benefit operational processes and procedures in accordance with internal policy.
Responsibilities will include supporting the Benefits team with technology projects and strategy that maximises employee experience, ensuring the Benefits team is compliant with on-boarding and off-boarding by managing vendors, supporting and managing administration of EMEA benefit programmes and tech risk as required and taking ownership on operational matters, including postings, presentations and other stakeholder management documentation.
To be considered, you should have EMEA Benefits operations experience with a knowledge of legislation and working knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements an advantage. Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and excellent follow-through is required.
