Location: Manchester
Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am -5pm ( 30 mins )
Contract: Temporary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Temporary Receptionist to join our team . As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide information and assistance to customers, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
- Manage dealership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling.
- Collaborate with team members to support various dealership activities and events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and procedures is a plus.
