Temporary Receptionist 

Location: Manchester

Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am -5pm ( 30 mins ) 

Contract: Temporary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Temporary Receptionist to join our team . As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
  • Manage dealership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various dealership activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and procedures is a plus.
