Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £11.44 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Assembly Operative to join our team in Harworth, DN11. If you have experience using power tools or have worked in window fabrication, this is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a full-time role with consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling products according to specifications and production schedules.
- Using power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Inspecting components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Essential: Experience using power tools or previous experience in window fabrication or a similar assembly role.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
