Position Overview
You'll take the helm of a diverse client portfolio, providing top-notch outsourced pensions management services while forging strong partnerships with in-house pension teams. Your role will be pivotal in driving timely delivery on key objectives and tasks, all while championing innovative approaches to enhance client support and elevate their experience.
Responsibilities
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding services tailored to their needs.
* Collaborate closely with in-house pension teams to ensure on-time completion of tasks and objectives.
* Offer strategic insights that contribute to the development of clients' governance frameworks.
* Establish and manage client budgets, ensuring profitability and value delivery.
* Engage in new business initiatives, identifying avenues for growth and expansion.
* Act as a thought leader, sharing valuable lessons and insights to enhance collective knowledge.
Requirements
* Previous experience in pensions governance, consultancy, and/or in-house environment.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and statutory requirements for pensions.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing circumstances.
