Our client, a well-respected law firm with a long history of providing expert legal advice across East Anglia, who is enjoying a sustained level of growth, is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
Overview
You will work on an interesting caseload and will benefit from a supportive team environment and attractive benefits package. The role will see you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients by managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of residential property transactions
- Advise clients on all legal aspects of conveyancing matters
- Handle sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership cases
- Assist clients with Right to Buy and new build transactions
- Ensure clients' best interests are represented throughout the process
- Continue to develop relationship with an already established panel of agents and lenders
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ upwards), Legal Executive and/or Licenced Conveyancer
- Used to managing your own residential property caseload
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes
