Support Services Manager/Change Manager
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £53,850 - £80,760
Contract: 12 months fixed term (minimum)

Join a dynamic and innovative team within the newly formed Systems Alliance, where you’ll play a key role in driving collaboration and operational excellence across the project. We’re looking for a Support Services Manager/Change Manager who is passionate about effective governance and stakeholder engagement in a public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and management of the Alliance Business Plan, Governance Plan, Management Plan, and Collaboration Development and Support Plan.
  • Foster collaboration among alliance contractors to ensure effective coordination of programs, aligning with cost and schedule targets.
  • Drive best practices and enhance project management and change management capabilities across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement operating models to optimise project outcomes.
  • Communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse stakeholders.
  • Identify problems and develop effective solutions while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder demands.
  • Track business performance against KPIs, providing insightful reports to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong project management and change management skills, particularly in HR and finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of public sector operations and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams across functions to achieve complex objectives.
  • Proficiency in project lifecycle management, including planning, procurement, and implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in ambiguous situations.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing business processes within large corporate environments.
