Location: East London, Silvertown

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £45,000

As a Contract Driver Manager, you will be fully responsible for making sure that the company has great relationships with existing and potential contract carriers and drivers, ensuring adequate and strong growth of the DSP network as the business grows further.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, managing and keeping great relationships with all DSPs and contract carriers.
• Working towards personal KPIs and monitoring the team’s external performance and metrics.  
• Manage and grow all existing and new DSP contracts.
• Increase and develop DSP performance scores, customer satisfaction rate and on-time delivery metrics.

Ideal skill set we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with a final-mile delivery business, 3PL, logistics or parcel delivery companies.
• Ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing environment.
• Exceptional time and process management.
• Proficiency and knowledge in CRM, ERP and Excel.
• Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
