Our client are seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established Legal 500 law firm, who successfully serve the business community offering the very best advice to SMEs and large corporations across the region. The firm are constantly evolving and always strive to meet the challenges of today, so this is an excellent time to join as they plan for the future.
You will deliver a strong, client-focused and commercially-minded service whilst continuing to uphold the reputation of the firm. Broad aspects of the role will include advising on all aspects of business and company sales and purchases, management buy-outs, demergers, shareholder agreements, partnerships and LLPs, re-organising and re-structuring, banking, re-finance and company incorporation and general corporation governance.
You will be technically competent with solid experience in a broad range of company & commercial matters and ideally the successful candidate will have between 1-3 years PQE, however all experience levels will be considered.
