We are working with a leading UK house builder who serve local communities across the UK, they are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their Legal Team in their Essex branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled residential conveyancing professional to play a key role in ensuring efficient plot sales and exchanges.

Position Overview
As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing and running plot sales, part exchanges and purchases for designated Group companies. You will work closely with purchasers' solicitors, the Group Legal Department, and regional operating companies to ensure sales are conducted efficiently and exchanges are completed within the reservation period.

Responsibilities

Manage and run plot sales, part exchanges and purchases for designated Group companies
Build relationships with purchasers' solicitors, Group Legal Department, and regional operating companies
Prepare individual plot documentation and part exchange reports
Monitor the legal process and manage the transfer or lease process
Handle miscellaneous property queries and plot-related matters
Carry out AML checks

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing practice and procedure
Previous experience handling plot sales for a residential house builder (in-house or private practice) advantageous
Computer literate with good social skills and a confident telephone manner
Calm, organised, and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
