Position Overview
The Senior Associate will play a key role in providing advice to medium and large corporate clients, managing a high workload of complex employment cases, and contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Advise employers on a range of employment matters
  • Manage a caseload of medium to large corporate clients
  • Supervise and mentor junior fee earners
  • Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Develop new work from existing client relationships
  • Maintain a strong network of professional contacts
  • Ensure compliance with quality and risk management procedures
  • Perform fee-earning work accurately and reliably

Requirements

  • 12+ years PQE in Employment Law
  • Strong knowledge and experience in advising employers
  • Proven ability to manage a high workload of complex cases
  • Experience working with medium to large corporate clients
  • Technical expertise in areas such as TUPE, restructures, employee relations, and IR35
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior fee earners
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in IT skills relevant to modern legal practice
  • Flexibility and strong attention to detail
