As the Sous Chef, you'll support the Cluster Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, from creating exciting menus to managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, including overseeing junior kitchen staff and ensuring strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.

The menu offers great range of freshly cooked food, using produced sourced from the local area where possible. This role would suit someone from a high-volume gastro/premium branded restaurant background.
