As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of education during teacher absences. You will oversee classes, manage behaviour, and ensure that pre-set work is completed efficiently. This is a great opportunity to support students’ learning journeys and gain further experience within dynamic school environments.

To be a Cover Supervisor: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months as a Cover Supervisor, with references available to confirm experience.
  • Education: Ideally hold a degree obtained within the last 5 years, although strong candidates without a degree but relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Availability: Able to start ASAP.
  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to a car are essential, as you may be required to travel between schools in the area.
