HGV Technician 
  • Salary inclusive of shift allowance and from £50,170 per annum depending on experience and skill set.
  • Optional overtime subject to availability paid at an enhanced rate.
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with your holiday allowance increasing over length of service.

  • Nigh Shift patterns are Monday to Friday, 10.00pm to 7.30am including a ½ hour unpaid lunchbreak.
  • Access to £1,500 joining fee paid over 12 months. 
We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive family-run commercial vehicle dealer group based in the Swindon area.

The successful HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £50,170.

Hours of work for this HGV Technician job are Monday to Friday, 10.00pm to 7.30am.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time HGV Technician position and our Client is looking for an experienced HGV Technician.

Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:
  • Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
  • Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
  • Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
  • Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:
  • Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / Fitter role
  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge
  • A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
