Job Description

This world-leading and purpose-driven consulting firm operates the cutting edge of government advisory, helping governments design and implement some of the most interesting, innovative and impactful reforms.

They seek senior Director level individuals to help lead a practice focusing on helping governments consolidate their work across strategy, policy and communications; more coherence, more efficiency and maximum impact for citizens.

You must have the following:

  • 10+ years of experience of the government sector; either in or consulting to government or high level public sector organisations (government, management or communications consultancies, think tanks, NGOs etc)
  • a track record from a range of disciplines such as strategic communications, public policy, strategy development and capacity building
  • experience in leading teams, leading work streams, building client relationships, stakeholder management and business development
  • experience of key organisational functions such as L&D, recruitment, policy development, process design, leadership development
  • Middle East region experience and/or fluent Arabic are a bonus though not essential
