The Risk & Healthcare Assistant Consultant will play a vital role in providing consultancy advice, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of the risk and healthcare portfolio. Responsibilities
* Provide consultancy advice and administer risk/healthcare client portfolio
* Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and providers
* Assist in developing and growing the risk and healthcare client base
* Handle day-to-day queries and resolve issues promptly
* Draft comprehensive reports detailing market review findings and recommendations
* Ensure proper implementation of policies and assist clients with documentation
* Identify and oversee changes or restructuring needs for clients' arrangements
* Assist in managing claims on behalf of clients as required
Requirements
* Previous risk and healthcare experience with an Employee Benefits Consultancy, National IFA, or provider office
* Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
* Strong planning, organising, and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Commitment to maintaining own professional development
