Senior Service Advisor
  • • Up To £36,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£40,000 OTE)
  • 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday / NO Saturdays Currently

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Heathrow area.

Our client is an Automotive Main Dealer and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday / NO Saturdays Currently.

For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £40,000.

Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include:
  • Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
  • Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
  • Update Customers and Vehicle Records
  • Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
  • Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.

To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
