Receptionist
Central London
£26-28k 

The Client:
My client is a well established international membership body. 

Purpose:
Provide comprehensive reception services for the London office, including greeting visitors, managing bookings, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:
  • Greet visitors and suppliers, serving as a contact point for staff in London.
  • Handle inquiries from internal/external customers and delivery personnel.
  • Maintain visitor lists and ensure the reception area meets health and safety standards.
  • Control office access, manage security passes and keys, and oversee visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Answer and route telephone calls.
Administration Duties:
  • Oversee internal event bookings & assist with external client bookings.
  • Prepare meeting rooms with materials and manage classroom setups.
  • Maintain the hot desk booking system and arrange catering for events.
  • Manage petty cash, order office supplies, and check communal areas.
  • Sort and distribute mail, arrange couriers, and manage franking machine.
  • Update reception information screens and maintain reception guides.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
