Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a similar establishment
- Adhere to all company and government food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Proven track record in delivering high quality dishes in a time pressured environment

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in creating and delivering exceptional, locally sourced menus for guests and residents alike. You'll play a key role in managing the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently met, and inspiring a team of talented chefs to excel.
