Cluster Sales Manager - 4* branded hotels - £40,000 + bonus

We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to look after 3 boutique 4* hotels in Central London with a strong focus on Proactive Sales. The salary is up to £40,000 per year + a 20% KPI bonus structure and a variety of company benefits.

As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for promoting each hotels service to the existing portfolio as well as pro-actively seeking new accounts, primarily, from the corporate market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and new business acquisition as well as strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed.

Key requirements:

  • Previous corporate and leisure hotel sales experience in the London market,
  • Immaculately presented, extremely self driven, engaging and possessing an abundance of personality & charisma.
  • Prepared to get involved in the day to day business with hands on approach as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build key internal and external relationships
  • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
  • Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated
  • Responds promptly and creatively to incoming business leads.
  • Proactively identifies, qualifies and solicits new business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
  • Understands the overall market - competitor's strengths and weaknesses, etc. and knows how to sell against them.
