HGV Technician / HGV Fitter
  • Basic salary of up to £38,480 (£18.50).
  • OTE of £45,452.
  • Working Hours - 40 hour week: Monday to Friday (Week 1: 6-2; Week 2: 2-10).
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays 6am - 2pm paid as overtime.
  • Our client is seeking applications from experienced HGV Technicians, with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV Mechanics.

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Vehicle Distributor based in the Grantham area.

The successful HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £38,480 with OTE of circa £45,452 with working hours of 40 a week.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:
  • Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
  • Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
  • Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
  • Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:
  • Previous working experience within the role
  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge
  • A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
