What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within a 3AA Rosette kitchen
- Experience within a multi outlet hotel
- Strong kitchen management skills, including technology-driven inventory and purchasing, payroll, and H&S systems.
- A strategic mindset for financials: understanding and managing GPs, revenue, portion control, and other cost-management practices.
- A passion for local sourcing and sustainable practices, with creative flair in presenting dishes.
- Leadership focused on team development, fostering an inspiring, inclusive kitchen environment.
- A hands-on, approachable style that motivates and connects with the team across all levels.
As Executive Chef, you'll take a strategic approach to managing all culinary outlets across this boutique luxury hotel, which includes a 3AA Rosette fine-dining restaurant, a casual spa eatery, and high-end events and weddings. You'll use your culinary expertise and business acumen to drive the hotel's food vision - showcasing the best local & seasonal produce available, complemented by elegant service. Dividing your time between kitchen management and hands-on cooking, you'll develop menus, uphold the highest food safety standards, and inspire your brigade to deliver outstanding dishes for every service.
