Sales Controller Vacancy - Norwich Main Dealer
  • Up to £27,000 basic  - £45,000 uncapped 
  • Company car
  • Option of 5 day or 5.5 day working week
Our main dealer client in Norwich are now looking for a Sales Controller to join their sales team. They have a successful track record in sales and are known for their competitive salaries, company car scheme and uncapped earning potential.

This is the perfect role for a, experienced sales executive looking to progress or a great choice for a sales controller who is looking for a new opportunity. The company have seen a lot of success with their franchise and the potential to earn in their sales team is highly competitive. 

Duties of a Car Sales Controller
  • Encouraging a high referral rate from the Sales Executives.
  • Passionate about your team and a role model to those who are working with you.
  • Experience dealing with a high volume of vehicle sales.
  • Strong team leadership skills and approachable member of management. 
  • Adapt to any situation that comes along, dealing with any issues and solving it in a timely, professional manner. 
  • Understand the importance of customer retention, ensuring everyone is receiving high customer service 
  • Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What our Client expects of their Car Sales Controller 
  • Customer awareness.
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Full Driving License.
