Job Description
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing up to 10+ Restaurants, reporting to a Regional Director, with direct reports of all sites GM's/Management teams and working alongside an Operational Chef to support your region.
Requirements
- Previous multi-site experience from a casual dining/retail background of at least 5-8+ sites
- Highly personable, engaging and energetic.
- Motivate, lead and inspire and develop teams.
- Customer focused, delivering exceptional service, & standards.
- Driving sales across territory.
- Engage with local communities.
- Financially and commercially astute.
- Solution focused with a problem-solving approach.
