Our client, a leading national law firm with multiple offices who are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their Wills Trust & Probate Department.

Position Overview
The Paralegal role is an integral part of the Private Client team, providing essential support to fee earners and contributing to the smooth running of client matters. Responsibilities

  • Assist fee earners in delivering high-quality client work
  • Manage a caseload of client matters efficiently
  • Facilitate cash flow and credit-management processes
  • Update case management systems with accurate information
  • Liaise effectively with clients and third parties

Requirements

  • Experience in wills, probate, or private client work
  • Understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Resilience and composure under pressure
